Free Weekly Connected Breathwork Journey

Conscious connected breathing (CCB) is an accessible, effective and easy to follow breathing technique. It allows for any blockages, constrictions, or tensions within one’s body to begin to loosen; whether, physical, emotional, or spiritual. It offers the opportunity to transform and transmute those energies, and for integration of them to take place.


Regular breathing in this way deepens your experience and your understanding of yourself, opening doorways to liberation and transformation.


The breath can support you with:

- processing grief

- developing clarity of mind

- optimum immune functioning

- regulating the nervous system

- developing presence

- reducing stress

- regulating anxiety

- integrating trauma

- rewiring patterns

- rewriting self-limiting beliefs

- improved sleep quality

- increasing your capacity for joy

- and so much more!


All by lying back in our self-made cosy nest and breathing!

The breath is our bridge between spirit and matter, between the conscious and the unconscious realms of our being, and between life and death - this flow of life force holds so much potential.

This breath technique draws you into your body and away from the thinking mind. Here, deep somatic healing can take place.

By activating the nervous system in a safe and held environment, we are simultaneously allowing the body to reframe heightened system responses and to soothe, resulting in self-regulation and self-healing.

Through Connected Breathwork we can expand our edges beyond our perceived limitations; re-connect deeply with our earthly bodies; re-member our worth, wholeness and purpose; and release what we no longer need to carry.

What to expect:

Our invitation to you is, to be open and curious and release expectations. It is important for us to remind you that - whilst you may have heard of, or experienced first-hand powerful, intense or profound experiences with these modalities - that transformation also happens quietly, gently and in a grounded manner. We encourage you to release expectations and welcome what arises.

It may be gentle, relaxing, nurturing, releasing, transformational, deeply insightful or something else entirely, every session will be unique for you. Learning to 'be with' and be open to ‘what is’ is at the core of this practice.

Frequently asked questions

Can children come?

Ideally, no, for you to receive the medicine of the breath journey you need 0 distractions and no one requiring your support. The absence of this can offer you much, this in turn will benefit the children.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in & set up your tech'. We will open the room at 18:20. If you arrive earlier, you will be put in a waiting room whilst we prepare ourselves to receive you.

How should I prepare?

- Refrain from ingesting alcohol or drugs for at least 48hrs before - Come with an ‘empty belly’, not eating for an hour or two before, if possible - If possible, clear your whole evening - Pre-prepare nourishing food for afterwards

What do I need to bring?

- A blanket (or two) for warmth and relaxation - A bottle (or two) of clean drinking water - Something to cover your eyes with - If you require extra support or soft-cushioning to be able to lie on the floor comfortably, gather what you need - A set of headphones

What should I wear?

Wear what feels comfortable for you. We suggest layers of non-restrictive comfortable clothing that allow you full range of movement. No belts, tight waistbands or rigid fabric. Warm socks.

Is this suitable for me?

This event is suitable for adults of all ages, backgrounds, genders and preferences. There are contraindications to consider, which you must read and agreed to at checkout. If you have any concerns about any of these you must talk with your facilitator and/or check with a medical professional.

Can I take photos or keep my phone on for emergencies?

No, this is a strictly no phone & no screenshots environment, all participants phones will be switched off or on airplane mode. This allows full focus and drop in to your process and prevents any potential detrimental disruptions for the whole group.

Is there any after-care support?

Included every week is a follow-up integration email containing guidance and support. You are strongly encouraged to read and heed this essential element of this work to deepen your experience. We also offer private online Integration Spaces for those that wish to be supported further.

Why is there a waiver/T&Cs?

To ensure your safety and best experience. There are important health and suitability factors to consider. Your facilitators must know your experience and condition in order to best respond to your needs. There are times when this work isn’t suitable and one requires alternative support.

Can I bring a friend or my spouse?

Yes, but they must book personally through Eventbrite. This is to ensure they follow due process, have read and agreed waiver and T&Cs, and that the facilitators know who is in the space and their potential needs.
