🌅 THE DEEP RESET: a journey into rest & stillness 🌅
Each month, we gather to begin again. The Deep Reset is a 90-minute immersive experience designed to clear the noise, calm the nervous system & restore your inner rhythm.
Held at the start of each month, this is your invitation to step out of doing and drop into being.
We begin with a 15–20 minute meditation, a practice that changes month to month to keep you present and engaged.
THIS MAY INCLUDE:
🌬️ Pranayama breathing techniques
🕯️Candle gazing (Trataka)
🪷 Zazen (Zen-style stillness)
🧘 & many more mindfulness techniques
Each meditation is simple, accessible and guided with space for silence.
From there, we move into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra journey, where you’ll be guided through body awareness, the breath and visualisation to access the liminal state between wakefulness and sleep. This is where the reset truly happens on the deepest layers of the body and mind.
You’ll leave feeling grounded and reconnected with yourself.
