The Shape

Perhaps you picture a quiet churchyard or forest edge - a great Yew standing sentinel, roots deep in shadow and crown whispering to the sky. In the Celtic Tree Calendar, Yew (Idho) is the elder of elders, guardian of endings and beginnings, the sacred hinge between life, death, and renewal.

Yew teaches us that endings are not the opposite of life but its doorway. Her evergreen boughs remind us that transformation is not a single moment, but a spiral. Her medicine is the wisdom of continuity - that nothing is lost, only changed.

What to Expect

  • Seasonal Teaching: Yew in the Celtic Tree cycle - death as renewal, stillness as seed, and time as a circle
  • Breath, Birdsong & Silence: Grounding practices to soften fear, lengthen time, and meet the eternal within the everyday.
  • Embodiment: Breathing through thresholds - the tender spaces of ending, resting, and re-beginning.
  • Integration: Quiet reflection, journaling, and simple rituals for remembrance and renewal.
  • Bring: A candle or small flame, water, blanket, journal (optional), and anything that will support your integration process.

Your Ticket Includes

• Live 3-hour breath workshop
• Recording access for 14 days
• Digital Yew guide (practices, rituals, seasonal insight)
• Gentle integration prompts
• Two weeks in our Deeper Exhale Heartbeat community

🌲 The Yew reminds us that every ending contains its beginning — that what falls away is also what roots us. Let this be a breath for remembrance, for release, and for the quiet knowing that life continues in new form, always.
