Event description
An exhibition on climate change consisting of thirty years of graphic imagery inspired by man's ability to destroy the planet.

About this Event

After the success of the 'Citizen of Nowhere Exhibition' at Bell House last year, John Jukes Johnson will be returning with his latest work 'The Descent of Man'.

An exhibition on climate change consisting of thirty years of graphic imagery inspired by man's ability to destroy the planet. The current demise of our fellow creatures is but the latest manifestation of man's descent.

A true cosmopolitan and inspiration, Johnson’s extraordinary career as a teacher and writer took him all over Europe and further afield, before a heart attack in 1996 saw him embark on a second life as a visual artist.

The exhibition is open to the public: 10am - 5pm (Tues - Sat) 11am - 4pm (Sunday)

This is a free exhibition but please register before attending this event.

All proceeds from print sales will be split between Bell House and the Edinburgh University Research Centre for Cardiovascular Science.
