The Design Trust one-day online workshop: DREAM CLIENTS: How to identify th...
Mon 20 March 2017, 09:30 – 16:00 GMT
Do you …
know who YOUR clients really are? At a deeper level? Beyond the basics of gender and age? So that you exactly know which ideas to develop into successful creative products or services? So that you can find and reach them with the right newsletters and on social media, in their language, and speak to them confidently at events?
create products & services that your ideal clients will love to buy from you because you know what they want, and they feel a real connection with you and have even fallen in love with your products and your brand?
know where to find these dream clients? Where they are online or on which social media, or in which shops, boutiques, markets or trade shows? Clients who happily pay and give you the respect and freedom you need?
know how to approach your dream clients? Confidently? Have you got a contact list of 50 people to contact by phone or email to show them your new products or invite to your next event? Do you approach them professionally, confidently but still creatively too? So that doors start to open?
Know how to get your clients coming back again and again? How to keep in touch with them (without being a nuisance)? How to build a relationship with them so they start recommending you? So that you can create a more sustainable creative business? (Because repeat business is the key to a succeessful business!)
In this one-day online workshop we will work together on getting to know your clients in much more detail, so that you can create products and serviced they love to buy, approach them in a way that will work and will feel natural to you (and them!), and build a relationship with them over time, creating a more sustainable business for you.
From the comfort of your own computer at home or in your studio you will discover much more about who your clients are, how to identify and approach them, and keep them coming back for more.
My sessions are full of questions to ask yourself, practical and creative exercises and useful information that you can implement in your own business straight away.
On Monday 20 March I will run 4 mini-workshops on:
- How to identify your ideal clients - with practical research exercises, questions and practical homework
- Get to know your clients at a deeper level - through creative exercises, testing and observing them
- How to approach your clients successfully & creatively - with effective and creative marketing techniques for both consumers and retailers
- How to keep them coming back and get more sales from repeat clients
At the end of the day there will be a 45min Q&A call with Patricia to answer any questions you might have.
You will get homework between these session to put your learning immediately into practice and to start using your know knowledge in your own situation or business!
All 4 sessions will be recorded and put onto our private online learning platform, where you can network with the other participants too.
You can watch the recordings again and again (the workshop recordings + presentations will be available for you for 6 months). You can also ask questions here after the event, and Patricia will answer them on the private forum.
If you are unable to join us for the entire day then you can catch up with the recordings, and ask questions via our private forum.
