Landlord, construction company owner and serial property entrepreneur, Steve Hammond has a 20 year track record of completing high-quality new build, conversion, extension and refurbishment projects. Founder of CPS and the New Home Company, Steve has a detailed understanding of the build process from start to finish. With a focus on best practice, a passion for quality and an enthusiasm for business, Steve aims to build a highly profitable development company with an annual turnover of £5 million by 2025.

Shane Traynor

Property developer, diversified investor and talk show host, Shane Traynor is responsible for finding and acquiring new properties and developments for New Home Company, whist managing its existing portfolio. Having worked on multi-million dollar construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, Shane followed his passion into full time property development upon his return to the UK.
