James Adams

Is a property developer, landlord and former school teacher. With a background in Economics, James worked in a number of senior positions in top schools in London and Bristol before moving into property full-time in August 2019. Having bought his first HMO in 2014, he has gained extensive experience as a landlord and has overseen numerous conversion projects. As Director of Fairholm Estates, James is focused on delivering high quality HMO conversions and new build projects in Bristol and Manchester. The company is currently working on a number of projects, including its Carlton Park development in Redfield, BS5.

Andi Cooke and Lloyd Girardi founded Whitebox Property Solutions Ltd in 2014. Whitebox is an award-winning property investment company based in Northampton. In December 2014, after being in business less than a year, the company won the prestigious ‘Deal of The Year’ award for their development in St James, Northampton and have now grown their development portfolio to £25m with 223 units.

Following the success of the company's developments and innovative investment strategy they now run an incredibly popular 3-day course to inspire and teach like-minded investors how they can become property developers using little or none of their own money.

At the start of 2016, Whitebox launched the Property Developers Mastermind (PDM). PDM brings together investors who are on the same journey to share challenges, successes and inside tips.
