The Developers Network - Manchester
An exclusive monthly networking event for those interested in learning more about property development, those new to the sector wanting to be educated by only the best and for experienced property developers looking to expand their network.
At our launch event we had a packed room with a great mix of over 60 people, from those who wanted to learn more about property development through to experienced developers as well as many other property professionals all looking to create and build on their connections and network throughout the evening. The buzz in the room during our networking introduction session was fantastic to see.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our next event on the 23rd of June 2022 with more networking and education. Continuing updates and talking you through plans for our Crofts Bank development with our Virtual Tours. Then looking at how to get planning for your developments.

Stuart Vendy
I have worked as a Chartered Town Planner for over 23 years providing advice to clients from Feasibility Studies to Discharge of Conditions, in a wide variety of sectors including residential, energy and mixed use. My work has included: Sustainability, feasibility, scheme appraisal, environmental assessments, appeals, technical due diligence, public consultation and development approvals. I also provide specialist advice to developers and investors. My experience covers all stages of a project including land acquisition and planning policy, design/feasibility and construction management; together with site inspection and asset management.

Axiom Property Partners evolved through a friendship and shared passion for property after meeting at a property networking event in 2014. This led to Jonathan and Shane starting their first development together in December 2016. Currently focus is on securing small to medium sized development opportunities. To create exceptional living spaces with a desire to provide sustainable, quality, award winning, luxury homes with integrity and respect. On every development care is taken to respect the local community and surrounding area. Meticulously restoring any period features in existing buildings.
Jonathan Breeze
Jonathan started out in 2011 renovating a house bought at auction, he went on to establish Breeze Property Development which has built highly sought after homes across Greater Manchester. Jonathan’s background is regeneration, having ran an economic development consultancy which delivered programmes and projects across the country. His experience of project management and budget control helps ensure every development is a success.
Shane Costar
Shane’s journey in property development arose from a desire to get on the property ladder, ultimately purchasing a property that required refurbishing. Later exploring opportunities to invest in property whilst living in New Zealand. Making the decision to focus on property full time a short while after returning to the UK and moving to Manchester in 2014.
