About this Event
What is holding you back at work?
The Connected Coaching Series combines tech savvy and coaching expertise to create an interactive yet intimate space of video coaching. Honest and candid discussion drives this series.
Facilitated by certified Executive Coach Mika Kioussis (MA, MRes, PCEC), and Angie Vaux, Executive Coach and founder of Women in Tech forum, Connected Coaching helps you to identify which cognitive traps are preventing you from thriving at work and provides insight, tools and models that you can use to overcome these traps.
Workshop 1:
The Devil on your shoulder: Reframing thinking traps that hold us back
The little voice on our shoulder that tells us we will never be good enough; our world will fall apart if we leave our comfort zone; something or someone is to blame for not being where we should be in life. This is the inner critic sabotages our ability to act by undermining our self-belief.
In this interactive session co-hosted by Angie Vaux, we will:
• Interrogate your innermost critic
• Identify which of 15 cognitive thinking traps have been feeding them
• Play a game to turn the critic into your agent of change
The group session will be limited to a maximum of 20 people, so that we can facilitate group interaction and learning.
