The Dinner IV by Developers Boardroom

Join Developers Boardroom and TrustedLand as we get ready for the fourth instalment of The Dinner - one of the most anticipated events on the SME development calendar. The Dinner IV prepares to host another huge lineup of guests and attendees, following on from previous guests Tony Pidgley, the GLA and Daniel Priestley.

On 24th October 2019, we will welcome five incredible special guests and 130 SME professionals back to the award-winning M Victoria for 3-course delectable dining and superb range of wines for a night of property development discussion, networking and entertainment.

After enjoying welcome bubbles sponsored by fantastic architecture firm Gunn Associates, the 130 established SME developers, professionals, and investors can look forward to insights and perspective from our specialist 2020 Vision panel, alongside partner CrowdProperty, hosted by the incredible Susan Freeman, writer, podcaster, "world-class networker" and Real Estate Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP.

Susan will present SME property development questions to our carefully selected panel to cover off the Developer, Agent and Funder viewpoints on the challenges and opportunities for SME's in 2020. Confirmed panellists include the always frank and entertaining Dominic Grace, Head of London Residential Development for Savills, the characterful Land Director of Pocket Living, Nick Cuff, alongside funding and proptech expert and co-founder of official panel partners, CrowdProperty, Michael Bristow.

Later on, guests will be treated to an inspiring talk from renowned placemaking brand and design expert, and one of the most refreshing voices of the business philosophy scene, Mr Steve Edge.

Steve, aka Lord Shoreditch, has led branding for some of the UK's most prominent places and property firms, including The Arts Club, Annabel's, Kier Group, MACE, Urban & Civic, Frogmore, Willmott Dixon, Places for People and Weston Homes. The founder of legendary Steve Edge Design will share with some of his business philosophies and words of wisdom for ambitious property firms.

Lastly, we will again be hosting an annual charity quiz on behalf of LandAid, alongside Palmer Capital, which will feature around five highly sought after prize lots. The Den private members area will be open until 1am, to continue conversations and cement new relationships and opportunities.

The Dinner IV is an excellent opportunity to connect, learn and enjoy amongst a fantastic three-course meal and included wine and welcome drink, at the fantastic 'Best Restaurant' award-winning M Restaurant.

The evening will be co-hosted by Richard Wombwell, Director of Blue Castle Partners, and Alex Harrington-Griffin, CEO of TrustedLand. A huge thank you to our supporters and official partners, LandInsight, CrowdProperty, Gunn Associates and Property Investor News.
