BBQ competition with "The Dirty Dozen" chefs

A culinary star studded line up of amazing chefs - each creating a dish using Dingley Dell pork - cut from the pig by master butchers at Direct Meats as the Green Egg BBQ's get smoking hot! A nose to tail event, which will see two teams, battle it out with inspirational dishes cooked over coals. Taste every dish from the sublime to the ridiculous in this porktastic treat & help our judges decide who will lift the trophy declaring them the winners of the "Golden Pig" trophy 2015.
Judges include chefs Allegra McEvedy & David Mulcahy, from the music world Cenzo Townsend, an award winning producer who has worked with artists including Kaiser Chiefs, U2, Florence & The Machine and the Maccabees plus two secret guests. With the rugby world cup also in full swing former Harlequins and Wales international rugby union player Ollie Kohn will be on hand to share his porkastic expertise.
Chefs include Michelin starred Simon Hulstone from the Elephant & Matt Gillan from The Pass. The rest of the teams will include Russell Bateman from Colette’s, Rob Kennedy, Murray Chapman, Gary Usher - Sticky Walnut, Andrew Nutter - Nutter's restaurant, Steve Smith - Freemasons, John Feeney and last but not least Eric Snaith from Titchwell Manor. A great line up of amazing chefs - let the porktastic fun begin!
Music will be from the Broadside Boys
