This event is part of the Fabian fringe at Labour party conference 2016, and is being held in partnership with Lloyds.
The Fabian Society Diversity research programme, is looking at how political parties can become more truly representative of the diversity of the country. The diversity gathering at Labour Party conference will be the culmination of the project, and will provide a platform for all the different people we’ve worked with, commentators, friends and experts to set out their case for change.
The Diversity Gathering is very kindly supported by Lloyds Banking Group, working to make sure their 80,000 colleagues reflect modern Britain. Lloyds Banking Group was awarded top private sector employer 2016 for lesbian, gay and bisexual people. As part of its commitment to Helping Britain Prosper, Lloyds Banking Group is committed to having 40% of senior roles held by women by 2020 and to measuring and improving engagement with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic colleagues throughout the Group.
