We will explore myth and archetype from a range of spiritual disciplines, and our learning will be grounded in embodied practice and guided meditation. All in amongst the backdrop of a private 4 acres of land that is dedicated to well being and sacred retreat.

This workshop is open to all women, no matter the background, or the belief system from which you come.
Yiota Panayiotis lives and works in London. She studied Kabbalah with Z'ev ben Shimon Halevi for over 15 years and also has a background in the Taoist and Buddhist disciplines that came from her studies in Taichi, Qigong and Chinese Medicine practice of over 20 years. She is a certified teacher of the Non-Linear Movement Method, a powerful somatic practice. Her interest in the feminine traditions came out of the integration of these disciplines.
