Welcome to the Dopamine Sunday Service!

Come join us at the Rose Walker Community Centre for a morning filled with positivity and good vibes. We will have 2 yoga classes to choose from, a beginners yoga class and a yoga mandala class. these classes have been kept small so its an intimate setting. Then we will all come together to finish the morning with reiki meditation, a brew and a catch up. Ready to face the rest of the day.
