The Double Spike: Leverage relationships and crafting a USP – with CIMA
Tuesday, 25 April 2017 from 18:30 to 21:00 (BST)
The double spike: leverage relationships and crafting a USP – joint event with CIMA.
Speaker: Sandra Green, Founder and Chief Executive, Handbags in the Boardroom
During this interactive and informative talk, Sandra Green will share the importance of how all leaders need to be ‘double spikers’, if they want a fulfilling and successful career. The double spike focuses on two important components: leverage relationships and crafting a USP (unique selling proposition). This can often feel quite uncomfortable as we spend more time thinking about our holidays than where we are heading in our career. Yet it is extremely important work to complete.
Specifically, Sandra will cover:
•The four attitudes required for success.
•Clarifying our USP.
•Building a strong powerbase.
•Breaking through the inner glass ceiling.
One testimonial from a CIMA member – “Sandra was superb! She addressed a group of around 30 accountants, both qualified and some in training, taking us willingly through some fun exercises to help us recognise our emotional intelligence levels. Sandra built a great rapport with us. I strongly recommend you attend one of her events wherever possible.”
