During this interactive and informative talk, Sandra Green will share the importance of how all leaders need to be ‘double spikers’, if they want a fulfilling and successful career. The double spike focuses on two important components: leverage relationships and crafting a USP (unique selling proposition). This can often feel quite uncomfortable as we spend more time thinking about our holidays than where we are heading in our career. Yet it is extremely important work to complete.
Specifically, Sandra will cover:
•The four attitudes required for success.
•Clarifying our USP.
•Building a strong powerbase.
•Breaking through the inner glass ceiling.

Sandra Green is founder and CEO of one of the UK’s leading coaching consultancies in the field of gender diversity. Prior to establishing herself as an executive coach, she spent many years designing and delivering leadership development programmes. Her client work has taken her to Europe, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. Sandra published her first book entitled ‘Handbags in the Boardroom’ in September 2015. She is a highly popular speaker at conferences in the UK and has participated in the prestigious International WIN Conference in Rome. Sandra is also the founder of The Women Leaders Association, a network for director and aspiring director level women who want to meet like-minded women for collaboration, connection and leadership development.
