I am a Life, Health and Wellbeing coach – I have been working with and supporting individuals, families, professionals long before I began working in independent practice.

For the last 7 years, since leaving my last post in the NHS as a Specialist Health Visitor, I have been working with individuals aged from adolescent to retirement.  Some people have wanted help with their self belief, confidence, habits of living that were eroding their health day by day.  Some had life long patterns of depressive thinking that no amount of medication, ECT or counselling or other therapies had relieved, yet with consistent attention these individuals developed patterns of thinking that have given them resilience for the first time in their lives.

Others, explored their options and grew businesses and transformed their lives, relationships and wellbeing through their new found patterns of living, self-belief and taking action.

My journey to today has been very varied which has certainly provided me with a rich array of experiences and study to enable me to work with individuals as comprehensively as I am able to.

I am a very forward thinking and strategic individual – so whilst I did experience very significant child hood difficulties, and many ‘enriching’ experiences in my adult hood – I have always kept moving on and developed the patterns and skills that enable me now to work very resourcefully with individuals and to be passionate about every individual’s ability to take charge of their own lives and to live their lives according to their highest values – enriching their own and others lives in every way – big or small.

Past work:- Nursing, Professional Singer and Actress, Research Scientist, Health Visitor, Specialist Health Visitor for Child Protection and also For Families with Children with Significant Disability and or Life Limiting Illness, Life, Health and Wellbeing Coach and mentor.

Qualifications:- RGN, B.Sc.(Hons) Sociology, M.Sc.Health Education, ACC ICF, Master Practitioner NLP, IFT & Birkbeck Certificate in Family Therapy, RSA Counselling, Institute of Group Therapy, RHV, Pg Dip HV, etc
