The Eltham Park 5

Online sales for the EP5 are now closed, but we'll still be taking orders on the day.

If you plan to sign up at the race on Sunday, please leave yourself plenty of time to register and collect your race number.

The EP5, Eltham's longstanding community race and fun run is back for 2022. The route follows the paths and trails of Eltham Park South and Oxleas Woods against a backdrop of early summer woodland and enthusiastic crowds.

The 1-mile family fun run starts at 10.30am. The 5-mile race follows at 11.15am.

Under UK Athletics rules, participants in the 5-mile race must be at least 17 years old on the day of the race.

NEJ and the EP5 are proud to continue their support for the local hospice Demelza, and a proportion the proceeds from the overall event will go to the charity.
