The Emotional Lab is a group coaching session up to 6 people, designed to support you reconnect with your emotions, explore the beliefs you hold around them, and shift your perspective — without trying to fix anything.
In a cosy, safe setting, we’ll dive into emotional patterns, subconscious narratives, and how they influence your communication, mindset, and relationships. Together, we’ll use gentle prompts, introspective practices, and group sharing to grow self-awareness and emotional clarity.
Whether you’re self-employed, navigating a life or career transition, or simply feeling emotionally overwhelmed, this session will help you:
- Understand your emotional landscape and where it comes from
- Uncover limiting beliefs and hidden stories held in your body and mind
