Get Medieval Knight School

£10 per slot/ticket (bookable in advance or available on the day)

A mix of 4x armoured combat display and 5x bookable soft kit sessions for kids throughout the day.

Create unforgettable memories and experience being a true knight with Get Medieval’ s Knight School. Get Medieval brings medieval history into the 21st century using safe, modern equipment and combining it with the historic techniques and etiquette of medieval sword fighting.

Once you’ve qualified as knights in your session, stick around to witness our fully armoured knights compete in full-contact sword fighting.

Tickets must be booked in advance.

Is it Safe?

Utilising modern equipment and a robust safety briefing (don’t worry it doesn’t take long), we make sure that your safety is paramount so that everyone can have fun.

• Confidence in the kit. We use top of the line, sports grade equipment at every booking that is regularly checked for integrity.
• Confidence in the staff. All our staff are trained in how to properly deliver the safety briefing to ensure everyone is safe whilst having fun.
• Confidence in the briefing. We have a robust safety briefing which is delivered before the session. This covers how to properly wear and use the equipment and the important rules to follow. D

I’m booking for my child. Can I take part too?

Yes! In fact, it’s encouraging. Our parties accommodate up to 30 guests so there is more than enough kit to get parents and guardians involved, bigger bookings might require some kit swapping.

I have health problems or disabilities. Can I take part?

Get Medieval’ s activities are fit for almost all ages (Children ages 6+) and definitely all abilities. We’re proud to accommodate those with disabilities, or those worried about their physical health.
