Imagine achieving your business goals without sacrificing your wellbeing. We believe it’s possible!

LSE Generate have teamed up with MindHug to bring you this workshop on Mental Health Awareness Week to help entrepreneurs navigate the roller coaster of emotions and the pressure cooker of isolation that often comes with building empires.

While the world celebrates your hustle, 88% of entrepreneurs (yes, you read that right!) don't get enough sleep, and mental health challenges are ten times more common than in the general population. The irony? Most entrepreneurs know it's a problem, yet struggle to find solutions.

That's where MindHug comes in. Unlike traditional therapy, MindHug workshops blend psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and even art, music, and storytelling to create a transformative experience.

In this workshop you will:

  • Build psychological safety to explore and rewrite limiting beliefs that hold you back
  • Understand your unique mental health challenges through a humanistic, social, and evolutionary lens
  • Recognise everything is always about people and not balance sheets
  • Rewire your neural networks for lasting positive change, not just survival
  • Gain practical tools and models to integrate learning into your daily life and build new, sustainable habits
  • Discover a deeper understanding of work-life balance that works for YOU, not some generic definition

Ready to rewrite your entrepreneurial journey and thrive, not just survive? Join LSE Generate and MindHug today and unlock your full potential.

This event is for LSE entrepreneurs – whether you are current students, alumni or staff working on a business idea or running a startup. This will be a small interactive workshop, so tickets are limited.
