This training is for parents/cares of young children with SEN and Disabilities:

The training session will;

  1. Summarise how the disability duties in the Equality Act apply in the early years;
  2. Consider how the definition of disability applies to young children;
  3. Help parents/carers understand what is expected of early years practitioners to make reasonable adjustments for early years children in accordance with the Equality Act.


This training is now accredited and CPD certified, with all attendees of courses from September 2024 onwards receiving a certificate which can be used towards their ongoing CPD.
