We have lit the flame of I Am, and we have merged our sparks into the Eternal Fire of We Are. Now, we are invited into the vast silence beyond both — into the infinite space of We Are That.
This gathering is not about seeking or doing. It is about dissolving — the soft, effortless melting of self and other, sound and silence, into the boundless presence that simply Is.
Through guided meditation, collective stillness, sound transmission, and mirror ritual, we remember our true nature — not separate, not many, not even one… simply That.

Preparation for The Eternal Flame — We Are That
To receive the deepest experience from this ceremony, prepare your body, space, and heart as sacred vessels.
1. Create Your Sacred Space
- Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed for the hour.
- Dim the lights, and have your candle and mirror ready.
- You may also wish to include soft lighting, crystals, flowers, or incense to support your focus.
2. Prepare Your Body
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Have a blanket or shawl nearby.
- Eat lightly beforehand — an empty or light stomach helps deepen the stillness.
3. Prepare Your Mind & Heart
- Take a few moments before the ceremony to journal or breathe in silence.
- Set a simple intention: “May I dissolve into That which I truly am.”
- Keep an open, relaxed awareness — this is a journey into spaciousness, not effort.
4. Bring to the Ceremony
- Candle (symbol of awareness)
- Mirror (symbol of reflection and the infinite)
- Comfortable seat or mat for meditation
- Water (to ground afterwards)
Aftercare — Integrating the Ceremony
The We Are That experience can open subtle, expansive states of awareness. Gentle integration helps your body and mind harmonise with the shift.
1. Rest and Hydrate
- Drink water or herbal tea to ground your energy.
- Rest quietly; avoid rushing into busy activities immediately afterwards.
2. Journal or Create
- Write or draw what you felt, saw, or realised.
- Note sensations of stillness, unity, or expansion — they may deepen over the following days.
3. Ground in Simplicity
- Spend time in nature, walk barefoot, or touch the earth.
- Engage slowly with daily tasks — each act is That in motion.
4. Gentle Awareness Practice
- For the following days, repeat silently during moments of presence: “I Am That… We Are That… All Is That.”
5. Reach Out if Needed
- If strong emotions or sensations arise, rest, breathe, and reach out for grounding support — community, a trusted friend, or nature itself.
