Natasha Parker
Natasha Parker is mum of two primary aged children and a mathematics teacher with 17 years of classroom experience. For the past 4 years, Natasha has been on a mission to empower teachers to thrive both personally and professionally. She is currently coaching in schools and will soon be a qualified Practitioner Stage coach with Leadership Edge. Natasha is passionate about supporting families with their emotional wellbeing by delivering first aid for mental health training. She is currently studying to be a “Certified Canfield Trainer in the “Success Principles”, a transformational programme that teaches aspiring individuals how to get from where they are to where they want to be.

Lorraine Checklin
A PASSION FOR WELLBEING SUPPORTI’m Lorraine and I have a passion for wellbeing!I’ve worked with many people who have experienced unwanted thoughts and feelings and helped them to reduce their stress levels, achieve a calmer state of mind, increase their motivation and, most importantly, feel happier in both their home and working lives.As a result of my own experiences, I became passionate about helping others to learn invaluable skills and techniques to support their mental wellbeing. A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCEA as a fully qualified HR professional with 25 years’ experience of working in business, I have supported many individuals in reducing their workplace stress.I am also a qualified Mindfulness teacher and Mental Health First Aid instructor, and I specialise in providing support, coaching and training on either a one to one basis or with teams; to help increase positivity, foster a sense of calmness and encourage a renewed zest for life!

Steve Waters
Steve Waters taught for 30 years in secondary schools and left when Assistant Principal to work for a Local Authority for 6 years as part of a school improvement team. Together with Suneta, Steve founded the Teach Well Toolkit, a wellbeing and mental health membership service for staff in schools. Teach Well Toolkit is a DfE Approved Provider of fully funded Senior Mental Health Lead training.
