About this event

Other

Have you ever wondered where some of our birds migrate to?

Join us to hear about the extraordinary migration of many bird species including iconic ospreys, nightingales and swallows to The West African area of The Gambia often referred to as The Sunshine Coast. We will hear about some of the challenges these birds face during migration and the work that is being done both here in The UK and The Gambia to protect them. We will also celebrate some of the beautiful and colourful bird species that The Gambia is home to.

Free parking available at Wallington Village Hall. Refreshments available at the break. Everyone welcome.
