The Eyes

The Eyes Workshop offers immersive eye contact experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and others through stillness, silence, and emotional presence. Rooted in participatory art and therapeutic practice, each session opens space for vulnerability, awareness, and healing. Based in Manchester, we host workshops in community spaces that encourage meaningful connection beyond words. Alongside guided eye contact, participants are invited to explore self-expression through communal chalk drawing, adding a creative and playful layer to the practice.
