Come in comfortable clothes as you will be seated on yoga mats for around 1 hour+. Wear something loose around the neck so you can get access to the neck area for our Face Yoga exercises. If you wear glasses these will have to be removed for the exercises or you can wear contacts.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, everything is provided. This is a luxury event that ensures you are looked after from start to finish. We will provide mats, refreshments and face oil and take home with you.

I have Botox and/or Fillers - can I come?

Yes... as long as its been 6 weeks since your last appointment. This gives everything time to settle down and be in a good condition for facial massage. If you want to talk more about this, feel free to message us.

Try to come as make up free as possible. We will have remover wipes available if needed. Just come with a cleansed and moisturised face. We will be applying face oil during the session.
