Cancellation Policy:

PLEASE NOTE that we reserve the right to cancel any bookings that are inappropriate to the conference delegation - a booking cancellation will incur a one-off administration charge of £100.00.

Cancellations must be received in writing to forum@familybusinessuk.org, and will incur the following charges:

Cancellations received prior to May 1st will be eligible for a 50% refund less £100.00 administration charge.
Cancellations received after May 1st will not receive a refund.
Substitutions will be accepted if advised in writing prior to the event.
