  • The courage to take responsibility and apologise when needed
  • Reflecting on your journey and personal growth
  • Personal values and what matters most

How does the course work?

Once booked, you will receive an email with the pdf of the course. This email will be sent to you within seven days.

Please note: this course cannot be completed on a tablet or mobile phone. If you don't have a computer or laptop, please email futc.dl@avpbritain.org.uk

The course is split into six workbooks, based on each of the learning outcomes above.

Organised by

AVP Britain is a registered national charity, which delivers low cost workshops for people who want to learn how to manage anger, handle conflict, and build better relationships with others. The workshops use group exercises, activities and discussions to explore non-violent ways of working with conflict. For people who are unable to access our workshops we offer ‘Facing Up to Conflict’, a six-week distance learning programme.
