Designer, Academic and self-confessed trainer lover Paul Owen collaborates with experts in their field, Brendan (Jockey) Wyatt and Jay Montessori of Transalpino; the UK's No.1 deadstock trainer retailer.

The opening night will bring enthusiasts, experts and lovers of trainers together to explore what trainers mean to Liverpool and the region.

At 7.00pm there will be a chance to listen and debate through a ‘conversation with’ session hosted by Peter Hooton (The Farm’ Singer, Author for ‘The End Magazine and Narrator of the documentary 80’s casuals) to discuss the cultural impact of Liverpool and its pioneering efforts in creating subcultural trends.

And of course, there will be a chance to see rare trainers from private and personal collections. So, whether you prefer an Adidas Stan Smith, a Trimm Trabb or Nike Waffle there should be something here to excite the Sneaker lover in you.
