We’re delighted to be hosting our second AGM at Freeword in Farringdon on Mon 20 April 2020. This year’s event will run like a hack - we’d love to see as many of you as possible as we are designing the evening to be practical and, we hope, inspiring.

All three of our HACKS planned for this AGM session have been designed with a view to further testing: our intention is to explore and define tighter hypotheses to test against, and scope out initial experiments to undertake.

The key output from each will be a prototype plan to develop out of, as well as identify key actions (and enthusiastic Fawnbrakers!) for further scoping and development.

>> HACK 1: “TINDER FOR TALENT”

Mapping tool that enables matching of talent to client work (& each other).

What some of you may have heard us refer to as “Tinder for Talent” at the last Social, this hack will be focused on exploring current needs and pain points, potential applied solutions and scope for initial feasibility.

>> HACK 2: “VIRTUAL COLLABORATION”

Process, platform and principles for Fawnbrakers to work remotely but collaboratively.

Working with two use case scenarios - the MAP phase of a live project and the HACK phase of a StratHack for Good - this hack will look to explore best practice examples, potential ways of working and identify key principles to test.

>> HACK 3: “MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT”

Different member need states, structural models, benefit and engagement options for the Collective.

Focused on existing members of the Collective as well as potential scale, community and connection, this hack will explore potential needs and use cases in addition to structures and systems for membership.

Note: this hack will also touch on a piece of research we are in the process of designing and commissioning.
