About this event

Morag Rose, author of The Feminist Art of Walking, will be leading a tour through Spinningfields and discussing her book, culminating in an audience Q & A and book signing back at the museum.

The tour begins at 2.00pm at PHM. The walk will last approximately 75 minutes on public streets around the museum and may include uneven surfaces. There will be frequent stops to share stories how activists use walking to reclaim space and transform the world with their footsteps. We will then make our way back to the museum for around 3.15pm.

Morag Rose is a walking artist activist academic. She is co-founder of The Loiterers Resistance Movement (The LRM) and chair of Our Irwell. Morag is also a Senior Lecturer in Human Geography at The University of Liverpool.

Recommended for adults (under 16s must have an accompanying adult.)
