The Feral Pantry - Beginners Cheese Workshop

You can look forward to sampling some tasty Seasonal foraged wild food creations.You will be in good hands, with a holistic Chinese Medicine  and chef running the day! Both with many years of foraging experience.No two days are the same, it is difficult to predict a strict running order, so we will allow nature &  plants to dictate the way the day unfolds! Of course, due to the unpredictability of nature and the seasons, we also can’t predict what we will find on the day. Nature gives no guarantees!Information for our events -*Please bring plenty of warm waterproof clothing (layers) and walking boots or trainers and wellies (best for Coastal Foraging events)*Bring a bottle of water, a hot drink is also recommended.*Please bring a fork, spoon, small bowl and a cup for tasting samples*A note book and pen is always useful, and don’t forget to charge your phone for all those pics!*Hand gel, reusable veg bags, scissors, foraging knife if you have one.Detailed information and an exact location for meeting will be emailed close to the event.Events are for over 16s. 14-16 year olds if accompanied by an adult, unless it is a parent and child event.Sorry, no dogs unless otherwise stated.CancellationsWe have a strict cancellation policy.Refunds will not be made for last minute cancellations.In the event of you cancelling a week or more before the event, a refund will be given if we can find a replacement.Refunds will be offered to those with a positive covid test or the choice of another date where possible.The course will only be cancelled in the event of a Met office severe weather warning, for example gale force winds… in the event of rain, the course will go ahead, so please come prepared.
