THE TEACHER:
Payal Patel is a Dharma and Creative Embodiment Coach with 10 years' experience teaching the path of Hatha Yoga. Her classes are interwoven with key Sanskrit concepts and emphasise slowness, awareness, and the connection between breath, body, and subtle energy. Expect a deeply grounding and traditional practice that supports mental clarity, inner stillness, and stability.
Experience time-honoured Vedic chanting, rooted in the sonic wisdom of the Vedas, which offers inner nourishment, energetic healing, and nervous system support and balance.

Yes. Everything is gently guided, beginner-friendly, and offered with reverence. You are welcome exactly as you are.
This is not about performance, it’s about exploration, curiosity, and listening to your heart. You don’t need to be “artistic.”
A journal, a pen, and colouring tools of your choice: pens/pencils/crayons. We’ll provide the rest (yoga mats + props are available on site).
Yes, there are toilets on-site. During our short break, you’ll be welcome to enjoy a tea, coffee, or light refreshments such as fruit.
