Perfect for teams who want to:
· build relationships and collaborate.
· develop personal and self-leadership skills, while giving back to the community.
· do something fun and creative while getting out of their comfort zones and develop commercial understanding and cultural awareness.
Your challenge is designed to take just 3 hours per team - but you get to choose when, anytime between 1am and 11pm on the 4th December (UST). That way, everyone, in every time zone, gets a chance to join in!
4th December 2025 at 1am (UST): Challenge details are released via the 'race players portal' on our website.
4th December 2025 at 11pm (UST): Your team's final chance to submit their answers to the challenge. Send in submissions via email to basecamp@theleadershiprace.com
5th December 2025 at 12pm (UST): Winners are announced on a live online session, this is also a great opportunity to reflect on the challenge.
We’re not tracking your time, so it’s up to each team if they spend more or less time on the challenge. Simply pick your start time, stay organised, delegate smartly, and see what you can achieve.
