What to wear and what to bring

Wear comfortable, warm clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats and cushions/bolsters are available but you may wish to bring an extra yoga mat or blanket, so that you can lie / sit comfortably for 45 minutes during the sound bath.

Access to the Studio is by a single flight of stairs. There is a stair life available for anyone with accessibility needs.
