The First PSYCH-K® Practice Weekend!

This is our very first PSYCH-K® practice weekend! I'm so excited to be organizing this, and I hope that you find it useful. We have had a fantastic time on our previous practice days, and I've been dreaming of creating a little PSYCH-K® practice retreat for some time now.
To provide a safe, supportive place for PSYCH-K® facilitators to practice, no matter what level you've trained at. You'll meet up with like-minded people, and you'll have two days to practice PSYCH-K® in a small group setting.
You may find it helpful to think in advance about what issues you'd like to work on, and also which Balances you'd like to practice on the day.
We'll meet from 10am to 5pm on both days.
Please arrive at 9:45am for a 10am start. We do a welcome circle starting right at 10am.
Fruit (fresh and dried), nuts, water, teas and coffee for break times will be provided free of charge by Circles.
Saturday is Bonfire Night, so we'll be heading out to see the fireworks nearby if you like (within walking distance from Circles).
We'll break for lunch around 1-2pm at Circles. Lunch is complimentary for those staying at Circles. They will offer us a choice of two soups with a roll (either carrot and coriander or spinach soup; both are vegan).

Please dress in layers, as it can be difficult to coordinate a comfortable temperature for everyone
If you have one, please bring a yoga mat to do the exercises where we need to lie down
This is a practice weekend, not a perfect weekend. Please take all the time you need with the balances, and don't feel you need to rush through them. This is the perfect opportunity to read through your sheets as you do each step, and take it as slowly as you need to. :-)
Please remember to follow the steps of the PSYCH-K® Balances as they are on the sheets, without adding extra steps, techniques, or methods to the PSYCH-K® process. :-)
Please only facilitate the Balances that you have learned yourself in the workshops. Please do not facilitate Balances that you have experienced with other facilitators, but have not learned yourself within one of the workshops. :-)
There is no cost for this event, as long as you're staying at Circles B&B. They will kindly provide the common area for our use, along with fruit (fresh and dried), nuts, water, teas and coffee for breaks.

There is a large public car park over the road from the B&B where you can park your car.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE CIRCLES B&B WILL BE PROVIDING OUR SPACE TO WORK, PEOPLE STAYING AT CIRCLES WILL HAVE PRIORITY FOR TICKETS.

I've printed the following worksheets, so we will have plenty on hand: VAK to the Future, Relationship Balance, Core Belief Balance, and Optimal Health Balance (for those who have done the HWP).
PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT BOOKING FIRST. IF THE EVENT IS FULLY BOOKED, IT MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO WORK WHEN THE ROOM IS CROWDED. Thanks!
