The workshop is to help you get clear on your future life, reconnect with your dreams and start turning them into reality.

It is an interactive workshop where I give you the space to think about what is that you truly want, and by asking you powerful coaching questions, I will help you open your mind and heart, see your world differently and show what’s possible. During our work, you will be creating vision boards for your life and your future self. They will help you to:

• get unstuck

• think about what is that you really want

• get clear on your next steps

• keep you motivated

• make life decisions and choose paths that are right for YOU

• start living a more intentional life

What do you need on the day?

• To start with, you need a piece of paper, pencil or pen (you will need more time after the session to complete the board with materials of your choice)

• A cup of tea or coffee, or even a slice of cake (I want you to feel comfortable!)

• Turn your camera on (don’t worry. I don’t like to be on camera too!)

• Your commitment (if you want to start creating your life)
