About this event

About This Session

The Food Freedom Circle is a supportive space for women who want to heal their relationship with food and break free from guilt, shame, dieting, and food obsessions.

This circle provides a safe, judgement-free space where women can connect and share their food-related struggles. It’s a place for healing, where we challenge the harmful messages of diet culture, reject unnecessary food rules, and move away from the guilt and shame that often accompany food choices.

What to Expect:

  • Open Discussions: Share your story, listen to others, and gain insights into navigating food-related challenges.
  • Supportive Environment: A compassionate space for empathy, connection, and mutual support.
  • Connection: Build meaningful relationships with others who understand your journey.

Whether you’ve struggled with food anxiety, dieting, or emotional eating, this circle is designed for women who want to feel more at ease with food, nourish their bodies without guilt, and embrace a healthier, more balanced relationship with eating.

The Food Freedom Circle offers a nurturing and supportive environment for women to explore and heal their relationship with food. While the circle is designed to provide space for connection, reflection, and growth, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or eating disorder treatment. If you have experienced trauma related to food or other areas of your life, we strongly recommend consulting with a therapist before joining this circle to ensure the space is a safe fit for you.

To help cover the costs of running this event and ensure we can continue offering events like this, we kindly ask for a minimum contribution of £5. Your contribution goes a long way in making this event a success. If you’re able to give more, it would be greatly appreciated but most importantly we hope you can join us and enjoy the event.
