The Forces March is one of the UKs most challenging adventures and is held every year in aid of The Veterans Charity.
The event follows the route of a legendary WW2 training march from Ilfracombe in North Devon, through Exmoor, rural Somerset, over the Quantock Hills, across the Somerset Levels and then finally across Salisbury Plain to the finish at Bulford - a total of 134 miles - 5 marathons in 5 days!
The Forces March is a unique, life-changing event which is now in it's 8th year. More than 550 people have participated in the event, raising in excess of £350,000 for the support of Veterans facing hardship and distress.
Open to runners and walkers, Military and Civilians, teams and individuals, The Forces March is not a race - it's an adventure!
The event attracts people from all backgrounds and abilities who are inspired by the cause, the scenery and the challenge. Many return year after year having enjoyed the truly unique event and an incredible bond which forms between those taking part.
Each participant is required to commit to a total contribution to The Veterans Charity of a minimum of £750. This comprises of an entry fee of £150 and a minimum of £600 sponsorship.

The deadline for fundraising is 31st August 2017. Participants are asked to ensure that they have reached their target and have all monies paid to the charity no later than this date.
Single day participants are required to pay a registration fee of £50 and raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship for The Veterans Charity for each day entered.
* Participants on THE CADET CHALLENGE 2017 are required to pay a registration fee of £25 per participant and to raise a minimum of £250 sponsorship per team.
