Most men today feel like they’re sleepwalking — distracted, restless, untested.
The Forge exists to change that. For twelve weeks, we train the body, the mind, and the will.
We rise early. We sweat. We speak truth.
We build discipline through hard training, tough conversation, and brotherhood.
Each week includes workouts, mindset lessons, and brotherhood challenges designed to build strength, discipline, confidence, and purpose.
Learn resilience, communication, and self-mastery through accountability, hardship, and camaraderie.
No gurus. No excuses. No egos.
Just growth.
Join workout circuits, public speaking events, book readings based on live and post cold shower shorts almost daily and more.
We want to build a pack of lions which lead others toward a brighter future.

(This is a weekly held event at the same time with limited availability. Only 15 members can enter, don't sign up if you don't believe you can make it. Dedication is required)
Highbury Park is where we'll meet for the first section to do dumbbell + kettle bell circuit training (dress code: workout gear)
