April Conference: Transformation & Change - 27th April, London

We have so many great sessions lined up! Join us for this inspiring conference!

The Cyborg Brain Decision making affects every aspect of recruitment, from talent attention to retaining top talent. Riham Satti, a neuroscientist, provides a tour into new models, such as neuroimaging to prediction that will shape the recruitment market. Welcome to cognition; a preview into when machines and humans working together in the human capital sector, as we all know that one co-worker who’s at the top of their game: always on time, remembers everything, never lets his/her feelings cloud their judgment, and is so scarily good at predicting the future, it’s as if they have a cyborg brain.

Change is inevitable in all organisations and life in general. All too often our desire to improve things is undermined by the skepticism of others and by our own caution and fear. Professor Damian Hughes will offer us some insights into the human psyche to explain why this should be so, but also demonstrates that once we understand how our minds function, there are practical steps we can take to overcome our inbuilt resistance to change. And the results can be extraordinary.

Making engagement the central focal point of your future talent acquisition strategy Join Stefan Sawh, Global Head of Account Management at WCN for this session designed to enhance your understanding of the importance of great engagement as part of a virtualised recruitment solution. In a landscape where competition to hire the best talent with the scarce skills required for companies to prosper is so intense, engagement has never been so important. Securing the most promising applicants to join your business requires recruiters to increasingly devote time and attention to capture interest early and maintain this continuously; thereby encouraging suitable candidates to want to take up work in your organisation over a rival firm.

Modernize Your Talent Strategy: Future Preparation for Today  Building a proactive talent acquisition strategy isn’t about today, it’s about preparing your pipeline and business for the future. With the evolution and advancement of technology and tools, a changing political climate and high competition for the best talent, augmenting your talent strategy is more important than ever.
