Securing the most promising applicants to join your business requires recruiters to increasingly devote time and attention to capture interest early and maintain this continuously; thereby encouraging suitable candidates to want to take up work in your organisation over a rival firm.  Josh Willows, Broadbean, will be speaking about ‘How to get your employees hooked on your referral scheme’Keeping employees engaged is one of the hardest challenges for an organisation. Josh will look at the ‘Hooked Model’ and other tips on referral programmes.

 

 Hirevue will look at the The post-millennial experience: Millennials are growing up. In fact many of your candidates that you’ll be sourcing for the Apprentice/Graduates and Entry Level positions program are outside of the Millennial age group. Many are post-millennials or Gen-Z. These candidates require instant engagement and feedback over mobile devices. If you’re not doing this you’ll lose the best candidates. George Clark will share ways to achieve this level of instant engagement via video and how the candidates feel about it.

 

Anna Steele, Creed Communications will be looking at Digital attraction strategies – How to: Innovate, measure, optimise and predict future success.

In this session, we’ll be talking about innovation in candidate attraction and how the complexities of reaching people today in a busy multi-connected world bring many challenges in measurement and value attribution. We’ll demonstrate how important multi-device measurement is as well as how we track candidates all the way through their journey from their first encounter with your brand to receiving an offer, and how we use this performance data to reduce media spend and improve campaign effectiveness. We’ll also shed some light on how to evaluate the measurement tools and performance data you currently have access to, in order to assess the whole picture.

A leading retail company's case study into a fully digital and mobile recruitment process from attracting passive candidates in social media, branded micro-sites, chat bots, video based smart filtering and automated onboarding engine for achieving a superior candidate experience and early engagement.

Now with over 8200 members in 70  countries, we are a supportive and collaborative community of corporate recruitment professionals that provides both an online and offline hub for members to network, request help, share knowledge and give advice on all aspects of recruitment and talent management.

 

We aim to Support, Develop and Inspire our members as well as working to ensure integrity and best practice throughout the in-house resourcing and talent community. Through doing this we aspire to raise the standard of service our members provide to their internal customers and receive from external suppliers.
