An educational 4 week course taught by a health coach about what I consider to be the foundations of a healthy diet.

Week 1; EAT YOUR VEGGIES focuses on the importance of vegetables and how to easily incorporate delicious vegetable dishes into your every day. Think curries, salads and dips to eat with crudites.

Week 2; REDUCE YOUR GLUTEN this week is about reducing our reliance on gluten and exploring using gluten free alternatives like quinoa and rice.

Week 3; PLANT BASED PROTEIN veggie or not it's important to reduce our meat consumption and know where to find vegetarian protein. Learn how to make tofu taste delcious, how to prepare lentils and the surprising places you can find protein.

Week 4; SWEET TREATS WITHOUT THE SUGAR. Understand how to read food lables and where sugar might be hiding. Learn how you can have your cake and eat it, without leaving you feeling awful! Includes; raw chocoalte, peanut butter cups and avocado chocolate mousse!
