What time does it start and end?

The event runs from 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 15th May. Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time.

What should I expect from the event?

A relaxed, gentle walk guided by the brilliant therapists at Self Space, surrounded by fellow founders who get what you're going through. It’s a chance to talk, connect, or simply take a moment for yourself—no pressure, just presence.

Whatever you’re comfortable walking in! Trainers, layers, and something weather-friendly is a good shout. There’s no dress code—just come as you are.

We’ll walk rain or shine (unless it’s extreme weather), so pack an umbrella or raincoat just in case. If anything changes, we’ll update you by email on the day.
