About this event
A FOUR PART CREATIVE WELLBEING WORKSHOP SERIES
HOSTED BY PENSIVE STUDIO AND GARANTO ART CLUB @pensive.studio @garanto.artclub
Welcome to The Four Elements of Creativity, a pathway to reconnecting with your artistic self. As creatives, we often seek a way back to ourselves, a new perspective, or inspiration, but internal and external blockages can hold us back. Pensive Studio founder Chloé developed a four-step process to overcome these challenges based on her experiences with creative stagnation.
These workshops combine writing, crafting, and visualisations to help you to access your inner creative.
This process aims to help you tap into your innate creativity, whether you're just beginning or looking to revitalise your artistic journey. Together, we will explore four aspects of creativity: intuition, motivation, clarity, and embodiment.
First, we’ll unblock your intuition, which plays a vital role in the creative process. When intuition feels inaccessible, it can limit your expression. By addressing any stagnant feelings, we can reconnect with this essential part of ourselves.
Next, we’ll discover your motivation; the internal fire driving your creativity. After unblocking emotions, you'll feel lighter and more uplifted. We’ll explore ways to trigger this motivation, allowing you to become a powerful creator.
Then, we'll cultivate clarity, cutting through distractions to focus your energy on a clear creative purpose. Identifying a specific "why" will help guide your efforts.
Finally, we will embody your creative spirit. Believe in your ability to create and visualise yourself stepping into the artistic role you envision. See it, believe it, and be it. Together, we’ll unlock your creative potential!
In these workshops, you will discover what type of artist you are and the kind of art you want to create. This journey is not about fitting into the label of an "artist"; rather, it focuses on recognizing your natural ability to create. You will be provided with the tools to help you realise that you can do it, and hopefully know that you already possess what you need to succeed.
WORKSHOP INFORMATION
To get the most out of the workshops, we recommend you attend all four. But we recognise that this is a commitment and you're welcome to treat them as drop in sessions!
Each participant will receive a handmade workbook made by Chloé, to guide you through each element. If you would like to purchase an additional workbook, it is available for digital download here.
The workshops will be hosted at Garanto Art Club, in an intimate setting. We will be in a small group, which means you have the opportunity ask Chloé as many questions as you want to get the most out of the workshops, and the opportunity to really dig deep and connect with yourself.
