A study day for primary and secondary care practitioners discussing Frailty, Frailty Syndromes, Advance care planning and End of life care

About this Event

This award-winning study day is running again!

A day of lectures and expert panel discussion, aimed at primary and secondary care practitioners. Topics will include: recognising frailty; managing complex comorbidity in the elderly; advanced care planning; rationalising medications and the approach to polypharmacy; delirium and fractured neck of femur in the frail older patient; and recognising dying in advanced frailty and the end of life.

Speakers from geriatric medicine, palliative care medicine and general practice.
