The Full Moon: A Writing for Wellness Workshop

Join Charlotte Russell (MA) Creative Writing, for the brand Writing for Wellness Workshop “The Full Moon” a journaling journey to Harness Moon Magic and Set Your Intention.

We will gather in a circle under the Full Moon in Pisces, on Sunday 7th September at the beautiful Duopilates Studio in the heart of Farsley to clear our minds, let go of what no longer serves us and to set our intentions for the last quarter of 2025.

Often seen as an “unofficial new year” September is a great time to manifest your dreams, let go of anything that is holding you back, and find yourself under the cleansing light of the intuitive, Pisces full moon.

This is going to be a magical event, with guided journaling, tea, coffee and snacks, a tarot card pull and a little surprise to take home with you.

Come along with your journals, pens and thoughts, and let’s enjoy a magical evening of full moon energy.

*This event is a mat event, which will require you to sit on the floor on a yoga mat. These can be provided or you can bring your own*

What is Writing for Wellness

Writing for Wellness is a new take on journaling, inspired by therapeutic practices and creative writing. Each journaling journey has been written by Charlotte and is designed to encourage the writer to see themselves as the main character, using visualisation techniques.

Do I need experience in Writing?

Absolutely not, you can be a complete beginner, you might even like to doodle how you feel. The workshops include some visualisation to evoke an emotional response-if you don’t want to write you don’t have to-you can simply enjoy the story.

Do I need to bring my own journal

Yes! You will need a journal and a pen-use this workshop as an opportunity to treat yourself to new stationary if you wish, or bring your usual journal. I will have spare paper if needed.
