A brand-new special with some of our funniest friends, to bring some light and laughter into your homes.
About this event
All families face challenging times, it’s part and parcel of life. But sometimes sharing a laugh and finding a funny moment can help us get through those hard seasons. They say, after all, that laughter is the best medicine.
With that in mind, we’ve created this special event that we know will bring a smile to your face. During The Funny Thing Is, we’ll take time to look at the lighter side of life. Rob Parsons will share humorous anecdotes from his own family, and we’ll be joined by special guests, Paul Kerensa, Joy Carter and John Archer, for some stand-up comedy, entertaining sketches and amazing stories.
We’ll also show you a little of the work we do here at Care for the Family, and how your support helps us put smiles back on the faces of the families going through the most difficult of times. This is one not to miss!
You'll come away with:
- No socks (you’ll have laughed them off)
- A well-deserved tonic for the past two years
- Jokes to add to your repertoire – you’re welcome dads!
- A deeper appreciation for the light-hearted moments of family life
