Every year since 1982, Women’s history month has provided an opportunity to reflect on the remarkable achievements made by women all around the world, highlighting the bridging of gender gaps as we seek to reach new milestones, both in and out of the workplace.
On 3rd March, our panel will come together to explore and celebrate Women's History Month and women in the workplace.

ABOUT OUR PANELLISTS
Pamela Novoa Ralli - Pamela is a dynamic global leader in payments, banking and SaaS. She is Sage’s Global Vice President Product Management Payments and Banking, based in Atlanta where she relocated with her family 3 years ago. Prior to Sage Pamela spent 10 years working in Commercial & Consumer Banking based in the UK, her focus has mainly being global product strategy and transformation.
Pamela is originally from Lima, Peru; is a wife and a mother of two, she holds an Executive MBA for Cranfield University and is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in Payments and Technology.
Lizzie Massey - Lizzie Massey is SVP and General Manager for the Synchrony MasterCard at Synchrony (SYF), with responsibility for the overall P&L and product performance of Synchrony’s first General Purpose Credit Card product.
Since joining Synchrony in March 2016, Lizzie also held roles as SVP and GM, Product Capabilities, with responsibility for the development, strategy and competitive evolution of SYF’s core credit product capabilities to allow SYF to successfully compete in a broader segment of the consumer finance market. Latterly, she took on the role as SVP and GM of the Toys “R” Us portfolio, through it’s Chapter 11 and ultimate bankruptcy filing and led all aspects of protecting Synchrony’s assets and the respectful termination of the partnership through this challenging scenario.
Patricia Césaire - Patricia Césaire manages AWS' Global Technology Alliances for Digital Customer Experience partners. She has extensive industry experience in marketing technology (Martech) and Media, having held leadership roles at ContentSquare and TimeWarner. She is passionate about leveraging technology to transform diversity, equity and inclusion, and combines leadership principles with a daily mindfulness practice to achieve balance and optimal business outcomes.
Chaitali Patel - Chaitali Patel is a Global Director and head of 100 Women Impact Collective(100WIC), an Impact Initiative of 100 Women in Finance. 100WIC is a collaborative platform that advances women in the finance industry by creating awareness, builds partnerships to provide business and STEM education, and serves as a connector between the industry and career-ready young women. Chaitali is a highly-reputable social impact, finance and fintech executive. Prior to joining 100 Women in Finance, she was the Chief External Affairs Officer at a US based military family organization responsible for overseeing the revenue development and external affairs teams. She led the B2B finance arm of Fundation Group, a New York-based financial technology firm as head of Catalyst Solutions. During her banking tenure, she held a variety of senior executive positions at major national financial institutions including the Bank of Hawaii, Zions Bancorp, PNC Bank and HSBC Holdings. Her fifteen-plus years in the sector included extensive experience with business strategy, product management, bank operations, channel management and financial reporting.
Seamus Smith - Seamus joined JDX in September 2020 as CEO. Seamus has significant experience in the payments, banking and technology sectors across multiple geographies. Prior to joining JDX, he spent 5 years at UK listed technology and services business Sage Group plc, serving as Executive Vice President Global Payments & Banking and CEO of Sage Pay, a leading payments processor. His appointments prior to Sage include Managing Director at PayPoint plc and Vice President & General Manager Europe, Middle East & Africa for American Express. He also held senior roles at GE Capital. Seamus is a recognised diversity champion and in 2018 was named in the Financial Times Global ‘Top 50 male champions of Women in Business’ listing. He is a non-executive director of Checkaninvoice.com, a leading invoice fraud detection and prevention business which uses Artificial Intelligence applications to support businesses in managing invoices and documents securely. He holds an MBA from Henley Management College.
