The Future is Freelance: Building resilience as a self-employed creative
Date and time
Join us for The Future is Freelance: Building resilience as a self-employed creative on 13 July.
About this event
Echo is thrilled to announce The Future is Freelance Summer Social at the White Post Lane on Wednesday 13th July, 6 - 9pm.
Network = Networth!
Almost one-third of the creative industry workforce is self-employed—more than in any other industry in the UK - and this number is growing.
How do the local creatives in East London navigate through freelance challenges, create financial resilience and build sustainable futures?
Echo and the HWFI Creative Enterprise Zone are thrilled to invite you to join Wick Freelancers Summer Social, showcase and panel discussion at the White Post Lane in Hackney Wick!
We’re bringing together a panel of local creative freelancers for a discussion on the highs and lows of freelance life, and how freelancers can build resilience both individually and collectively.
Stick around for a drink, chat and networking afterwards to exchange ideas, skills and knowledge.
- Where: White Post Lane
- When: 13th July 2022
- Time: Doors open at 6pm, panel discussion from 6.30 - 7.30pm
